The SE Systems Community Fund is dedicated to supporting communities and not-for-profit organisations in their pursuit of energy efficiency.
By funding energy retrofitting projects, we help these organisations reduce their energy bills and CO₂ emissions, ensuring that their buildings can continue to serve the community sustainably into the future.

By allocating a percentage of their grant to our Community Fund, these businesses can support sustainable energy projects nationwide, demonstrating their commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental stewardship.

Yes, we are a leading Project Coordinator on this scheme providing a national service since it was launched in 2010. To date we have delivered more than 5000 energy upgrade projects across all counties, resulting in capital expenditure of €500 million+, 350+ GWh in energy savings and offsetting over 90,000 TCO2. We can project manage the entire process for you, from initial application to delivery stage.
Up to 30% grant funding is available towards the supply and installation of eligible energy saving upgrades.
- Step 1: Carry out an energy audit & decide what energy upgrade measures you would like to carry out.
- Step 2: Design & Procurement.
- Step 3: Apply for the grant.
- Step 4: Once the grant is approved works can begin.
- Step 5: Works completed and QA process carried out (SEAI may carry out an inspection)
- Step 6: Grant claim made to SEAI
- Step 7: Client receives the grant and enjoys the results of the energy saving upgrades.
