Warmer, Healthier, Sustainable, and More Efficient Homes
A deep retrofit project is a comprehensive approach to improving your home’s energy efficiency. This involves implementing various energy upgrades all at once, using the smallest amount of energy possible, and achieving a minimum B2 Building Energy Rating (BER) or better.
This whole-house approach typically includes insulating walls and the attic, implementing air-tightness measures, installing advanced ventilation systems, and adding a heat pump to heat your home.
