Bandon Family Home – Solar PV Installation

SE Systems installed a 5.94 kW Solar PV system with 10 kWh battery storage at a new family home in Bandon, Co. Cork. With 12 solar panels and smart monitoring, the household cut over 90% of energy bills, built €500 credit, and achieved near self-sufficiency while reducing carbon emissions by 2 tonnes annually.

Douglas Lions Club International – Lion House

In 2024, SE Systems completed a comprehensive energy retrofit for the Douglas Lions Club in Cork, upgrading 18 apartments and 2 homes.

Denis O’Donovan Home

Denis’s house was a G rated 1960s bungalow, which was very cold, damp, extremely hard to heat and had expensive energy bills.

Grange Housing Association in Rathabbey, Co Louth operates a purpose built residential scheme, consisting of 11 small bungalows and 1 community building.

Barretstown

SE Systems carried out three energy retrofit projects at Barretstown. This included a deep retrofit to 240 bed camper accommodation buildings, installed EV chargers, upgrades to staff accommodation buildings as well as upgrading the fabric of the two gate lodges.
