Solar PV Services and Installation Terms

• All Solar PV consultations, quotations, and installations are subject to a separate service agreement, which includes final terms, costs, and timelines.
• SE Systems assists in the application and administration of SEAI grant funding as part of our service offering. For eligible domestic customers, we typically receive the SEAI grant payment directly on their behalf and deduct it from the final invoice. For commercial, public, or community sector clients, different funding arrangements may apply and are outlined during the project assessment stage.
• Eligibility for grants is determined by SEAI and is subject to change. SE Systems is not responsible for delays or decisions made by SEAI.
  System performance estimates are indicative only and may vary due to site-specific factors such as orientation, shading, and energy usage patterns.

Bookings and Scheduling Policy

• All site visits, surveys, and installations are scheduled based on team availability and project requirements. We aim to provide reasonable notice prior to any appointment.
• In some cases, short-notice bookings may occur due to cancellations, weather impacts, or logistical requirements. While we strive to minimise disruption, we reserve the right to adjust schedules in order to maintain service delivery across all clients.
• If you are unable to accommodate a proposed time, please let us know as early as possible. We will do our best to reschedule at a time that suits both parties.
• Clients are encouraged to confirm availability in advance, particularly during high-demand seasons such as spring and summer.
